Super Doubles

If you are lucky enough to be in the Brian/College Station  or Crowley area they are having super doubles for a week! Until next Tuesday they will double any coupon from .50 up to a $1.00! They will triple at the normal rate (up to .39). One catch, there is a limit of ONE like coupon per transaction. The last time we had super doubles it went like this: regular store policy on bonusing coupons up to .50, for anything beyond that the limit of one applied.  I do not know if that applies for this event. As a side note I have used canned biscuits well past the expiration, as long as the can is intact. I just cooked some that expired in June, they weren't quite as fluffy but they were otherwise fine. I have never tried but some say you can take them out of the can and freeze them in a Ziploc, just thaw in refrigerator prior to cooking. Or...cook them and then freeze them and thaw as needed. If none of these options appeal to you,  you can always give them to friends and neighbors.

Also...I have confirmed (in Conroe at 105 & 336) that they are doubling and tripling more than three like coupons in a single transaction.  WOOOOHOOOO! I have tried as many as 12 in a single transaction with no problem.

Excting news!!!!

I heard a rumor that Kroger was increasing the number of like qs they would bonus in a single transaction; currently it is three. Tonight I tried using 4 like qs that were .50 and wooooohooooo!!!! all 4 of them doubled. At this point I can't tell you if there is a new limit or no limit. As soon as I know something I will share!

I owe you an apology

I know I have been silent for better than a week...I am sorry. It's a new month...do you know what that means?

It is time to check all the printable and loadable sites for new qs.

Once again I am personally glad for another slow week. The only thing I plan to buy is a brisket at Kroger for .87/lb. Says limit one with a $10 purchase. I will fill in with a few items for our cookout this weekend like bread, hot dog buns, etc.

I read that HEB has Hot Shot bugs pray for $1.54. There is a  $1.50 printable here = .04
While you are at HEB pick up a copy of their September issue of My HEB Texas Life magazine. It is a free magazine that often has store qs, etc. (You can also view the magazine online at www.heb.com ) If you will look on page 23 it outlines a promo for 70 bonus Box Tops for Education plus a $5 OYNO CAT. I will be looking to pair up qs with BTFE products for the best deals.
