HEB BRAG!!!!

Sooooo...today I dashed into HEB to pick up few more free Wholly guacamole and I  came home with the above. Here is the breakdown:
8 Wholly guacamole .99 - 1q = -.08
4 HEB paper plates 1.70 - .70q = 4.00
4 Bar S hotdogs 1-1/2q = 2.00
1 bag gummi worms 1
1 Jennie O hot dogs 1.11- 1q peelie = .11
4 Oscar Mayer lunch meat 1 - 1/2q = 2.00
55 1lb 93% lean ground beef clearance priced .50 ea = 27.50
57 Hamburger Helper 1.50 - Free q WYB ground beef = 4.50 (I miss counted should have only gotten 55 boxes) 

Total = 47.43
I should have only paid 41.03 but evidently some of my qs didn't scan. I still am very happy with my transaction :)

A few more deals

Well...like I needed anything else to add to my list...don't get me wrong I am thankful but sometimes it gets a little overwhelming. If you have been couponing for awhile you will learn to really love "dry spells" like we have had for the last several weeks. If every week where like this one I don't think I could keep up. Enough of that...on with the deals

You may already know but the Wholly guacamole freezes well. I thaw in refrigerator or by running cold water over the package while gently massaging.

The juice was not marked on the shelf but it did ring up $2.

Rain check and cheetos

Don't  forget to ask for a rain check for any items out of stock. I know there are still several days left in the sale but it can be very frustrating to miss a good deal.

Be ware if you are in the Conroe area and shopping at the 105 and loop store, the Cheetos were ringing 2.18 rather than 1.67. Watch and they should fix it at the register. If they do not, go immediately to customer service and ask them (nicely :)) to fix it. You should get the first one "free" and a refund on the difference for any additional bags that did not ring correctly. They won't always automatically give you the first one free so you may have to ask (sweetly :) please).

3 Gatorade G2 $1ea - 1/3 peelie = $2 or .66ea what made this deal sweet? There is an in-store q that gives you a free HEB brand sports drink with ea G2 purchase soooo 3 G2 and 3 HEB sports drinks for $2 or .33ea again Yeah me!!!

*I know this is not an earth shattering deal but a very good price and an excellent deal to build or boost your stockpile. But you better HURRY your q expires tomorrow!!!! You should have seen me...I rolled up to the check out with 5 kids, 16pks of TP, 12 boxes of caprisun, and the lady asked, "Is this tax deductible?" She thought I was buying for a church!

Nivea means body wash 2.75 - 2q AllYou Magazine  4-10 = .75

Make sure when you get to the register you at least break even or owe a little money. If you don't have qs for the second two products you may want to grab a product you don't usually have q s for like milk or clothing to eat up your overage. Don't go negative.

Kandoo flush-able wipes 1.70 - 1q  4-4 P&G = .79

Wal-Mart
PullUps flush-able wipes 1.68 - 1q 4-18 SS = .68 (you will not find these in the baby section, they are located in the health and beauty department)
